This lightweight, sturdy collar is outfitted with two layers, for extra security and durability. The inner layer is comprised of a soft, comfy layer of neoprene, with a back Velcro closure designed to fit any neck size. The outer layer is woven nylon, with a second Velcro band for even more security. The 3 D-rings on the front are ideal for attaching straps, leashes, and chains to.
